We are delighted to announce that phone support and live chat support is now available for the TouchChat App during regular business hours. You have the option to purchase 6 months or 12 months of support and you can also choose if you just want live chat or if you would like live chat and phone support.

LiveChat support for Touchchat software is available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time excluding holidays.
Phone support for TouchChat software is available Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time excluding holidays.
