There are 3 voices (Antonio, Maria & Rosa (US mujer)) that are a separate download within the TouchChat application. In order to download the voices, you will have to change the language of the device to Spanish.
To change the language, exit TouchChat. Then go to settings->General->International->Language. From there, you can change the language to Español, then tap done. When the device reboots, it will be in Spanish.
To download the voices, you will have to open TouchChat, and then go to Menú->Preferencias->Voz-> Español Voces. Once they are downloaded, you can tap on one to activate it. The voices will remain when you change the device back to English and show under Other Installed Voices in the Voice section.
