Using Email Or IMessage

Share your vocabulary files through email or iMessage. 

Sending a file:

1. 1. In TouchChat, select Vocab and Choose New Vocab.
   2. Select Menu and Import/Export Vocab.
   3. Select Export and Share.
   4. Select the vocabulary file you want to export.
   5. Select Done and select the method you want to use to share the file.
      • Email: Requires an email account set up on the device and access to Wi-Fi. Once setup, the file will show as an attachment to send in your email window.
      • Messages: Requires messaging set up on the device and access to Wi-Fi. Once setup, the file will show as an attachment in your message window.

Opening a file on an iDevice using TouchChat:

1. In email or iMessage, select the vocabulary attachment. (Note: Be sure email message is not in plain text.)
2. Select Save to Downloads.
3. Exit the email app, and open the Files app.
4. Select Download to open their vocabulary file.
5. When asked to Import the file, select Yes.
6. Modify the Import Title and Description and select Save.
