Troubleshooting:
Why Am I Getting An Error Message When Transferring Files?


If you receive an error message on the device when transferring your vocabulary file, it could be a compatibility issue. When transferring a file between any of these devices:

  • iPad with the TouchChat app
  • NovaChat
  • Computer with ChatEditor

Please ensure they are updated to at least software version 2.34.
