Using iTunes® on a PC

To Export a file to a PC

1. Connect the device to the PC
2. Open iTunes®
3. On the device, go to the Vocab File section and tap on Menu in the top right
4. Tap Import/Export Vocab then Export to iTunes®
5. Choose the Vocab File you wish to export and tap Save
6. In iTunes® on the PC, tap on the device at the top left
7. Click On File Sharing on the left
8. Click on TouchChat under the apps section
9. Under the Documents section in the middle, You should see the vocab file that you are exporting.
10. Highlight the file; you will see the Save To button on the bottom right, click on the Save To Button
11. A Windows save box will appear. Select the folder as to where you want the file to be saved. 

To Import a file to an iPod®, iPhone®, or iPad®

1. Attach device to the PC
2. Open iTunes®
3. Tap on the device at the top left
4. Click On File Sharing on the left
5. Click on TouchChat under the apps section
6. Under the Documents section in the middle, you should see the vocab file that you are exporting.
7. Click on Add File on the bottom right.
8. A Windows box will appear. Select the file you want to import and click Open.
9. The file will appear in the Documents section
10. Back on the device, go to the Vocab File section
11. Tap on Menu->Import/Export a Vocab -> Import from iTunes
12. Select the file you wish to import, then tap Save
13. Your imported file should appear in the Vocab File list
