^{Backing Up And Transferring Vocabularies:}
Using A USB Drive

In iOS 13 or higher, users can import TouchChat vocabularies directly from a USB drive into their TouchChat app.

How to import:

Plug the thumb drive into the iOS device
Tap Vocab- Choose New Vocab
Choose Import/export vocab
Choose Import from files
It may open directly to your USB drive and you can choose the file you want to import. If not, select your USB drive, then choose the file you want to import.
Tap Import.
The file is now saved in your vocab listing

In iOS 13 or higher, users can save TouchChat vocabularies directly into their files app on their device and then copy the files to/from a USB drive.

How to export:

Plug the thumb drive into the iOS device
In TouchChat, go to the vocab listing and Tap Menu- Import/Export Vocab
Tap Export and Share
Choose the file you wish to transfer
Rename if you wish and tap Done
Tap Save to Files
Choose the thumb drive to transfer the file to
Tap Save at the top right corner
The file is now saved to the thumb drive
