  1. What vocabs are included during the active trial?
    • 4 Basic

    • Spanish
  1. What voices are included during the active trial?
    • Almagu voices- generic and personal
    • Acapela adult voices
    • Apple voices
    • Note: We will not allow any purchase of voices during the trial  
  1. How can I check the status of my trial?
    • Customers can check the trial status in the orange bar at the bottom of the vocab list.

  1. Is the trial linked to a specific device or Apple ID?
    • The trial is limited to one per Apple ID and is not tied to a particular device.
  1. I need more time- can I extend my trial beyond 30 days?
    • No, there is no way to extend your trial.
  1. If I upgrade my app from TouchChat Discover to one of the other TouchChat apps, will the app and name change?
    • The app icon will change to the upgraded app, but the name will remain “TouchChatDS”
  1. What happens to my app if I already have TouchChat HD Lite?
    • If you already own TouchChat HD Lite, when you upgrade to 2.36 or higher you will still maintain the same Lite functionality you are used to.
