How Do I Purchase a Premium Support Plan?


To Purchase TouchChat Premium Support Plans

  1. From this page, https://touchchatapp.com/touchchat-support, click on “Purchase Support Plan”.
  2. Log in to your existing PRC-Saltillo account or Create Account if you don’t have one.
  3. To purchase an individual plan, click “Purchase Subscriptions”, select Level 1 or Level 2 Support next to aacapps, then click Continue.
  4. To purchase a facility plan, click “Purchase Activation Codes”, select Level 1 or Level 2 Support next to aacapps, click Continue, then adjust the quantity to the number of subscriptions you wish to purchase. Note: the maximum number included in the facility plan is 10.  If you exceed that, you will be charged an additional fee.
  5. Click “Checkout” and complete your purchase.

 

To Redeem Support Plan Activation Codes:

  1. Login to your existing PRC-Saltillo account or Create Account if you don’t have one.
  2. Scroll down to “Enter an activation code” and click Submit. Note: if you have purchased codes for additional users, they will each need to create their own account and follow this process to redeem their own code.
  3. On the TouchChat website, click “Log in” to access premium support.
